Frequently Asked Questions

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your start time to ensure that we can check you in, verify waivers, go over the rules, and get loaded up to start your party on time.  

Any adult 18 or older may ride the Pedal Cruzer. The minimum age to ride is 6 and must be at least 48 inches tall. Riders under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian 21 or older present and authorized to sign the "Liability Waiver" on their behalf and able to accept responsibility for the underage passenger. 

 Please dress appropriately for predicted weather conditions. We highly recommend closed-toed shoes for comfort though it is not required. We also recommend not wearing high heels or long, flowing dresses! 

All kids 12 and under, must wear a seatbelt at all times except when sitting on the rear bench. We highly recommend everyone bucklet up!

No! However, helmets are cool and safe. We highly recommend helmets especially for kidos under age 12. 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the bike, customers over 275lbs will not be able to comfortably ride the Pedal Cruzer. 

Note: The following rule only applies to the pedaling seats. Riders over 275lbs is welcome to sit on the bench seat.

Maximum — 14 People
Minimum — 8 People

We will need at least 8 people to make the bike move and to not tire out our riders. If a mixer tour fails to reach 8 people, our customers will receive a refund.

 You may enjoy alcoholic beverages on board the party bike as long as you are over the age of 21. However, please do not arrive already intoxicated or service may be refused without a refund. We aim to provide an amazing time, but your safety and legality is our #1 priority! 

If you enjoyed our bike, tip your driver! Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority! 

 No alcohol is available for purchase; it is strictly BYOB. 

This tour is for our larger group that look to enjoy their own crew of family and friend. 

 A mix it up tour is where our customers reserve a seat on our bike for a specific promoted tour. Designed with you in mind this tour will be unique and different. Start the tour out as strangers and end as a pedaling friends! 

 We will ride, rain, sleet or shine! Your tour is still on unless you hear from us. Our riders safety will always be our main concern. If we deem it's unsafe to ride, you and your group will receive a full refund. If we are partially through a tour, we will prorate your tour to give you back whatever time you missed out on. 

 We understand that things come up when we least expect it so we keep our policy pretty simple. If your group needs to cancel for whatever reason, we will do our best to refund your money. You are always welcome to book another ride on a future date!
