Cancellation and Refund Policy

• We understand that in certain circumstances, your Pedal Cruzer tour/party will need to be cancelled or postponed. If you would like to cancel your tour, we'll need to know a minimum of 3 days or 72hrs before the tour to receive a "full refund."
• Most tours and activities can be canceled or changed without extra charges unless stated otherwise. The following policies apply: Cancellation within 72 hours before the start of the activity, late arrivals, missed tours or no show without a valid reason will result in a "no refund." 

 Note: We must adhere to our cancellation policy to protect our ability to run tours and to maintain our price structures. Please don’t ask us to make exceptions. We reserve the right to change our rules and policies at any time.
